A: Yes, we operate by appointment only at our office. We can help you with multiple needs. We make spare keys for homes, spares for autos, rekeying locks, and we also program remotes. All you need to do is call to set up an appointment

A: Yes, we do! We have a large selection of automobile keys available at all times.

Q: I have lost my keys, can you help?

A: We make keys from scratch when you do not have an original key to duplicate from.

Q: Can you unlock my house?

A: We can gain entry into your house using non-invasive methods that in most cases will not cause damage to your locks, doors, or frames.

A: Absolutely! We have specialized in autos since 1997 and have kept up with technology to open your vehicle safely and effectively without damaging the door frames.

Q: I bought a key online and need it programmed, do you do that?

A: We are capable of programming most automotive keys and can cut the emergency keys as well.

Q: What is the best way to contact you?

A: We are old school and still prefer calling to text or email. This gives us the opportunity to ask the questions we need answered so that we can give you an accurate price without the pause of waiting for return messages. 

Q: If I have lost all my keys, do I need to tow my car to you?

A: Absolutely not. We are mainly mobile and can come to your vehicle’s location.

Q: Do you use aftermarket keys? 

A: We generally use OEM (original equipment) keys. We do this so there is no question about the key working correctly. We also guarantee our work because of that. However, if the price is not in your budget, you can always request a cheaper aftermarket key to be made. We understand that everyone works for a living.

Q: I broke my key in the lock and now I can not get into my car/home. What can I do?

A: We can extract most broken keys and remake you a new key if you need it.

Q: Someone tried to steal my car and now my key won't work. Is there anything you can do?

A: We will come out and assess the damage to your locks and do our best to either repair or replace your ignition. This service may take more than one day to complete depending on the availability of the lock, but we will do our best to get you going as quickly as possible.
